Scholarship Description
Two full-time PhD scholarships are available in the Department of Biological Sciences at Macquarie University. Possible research topics might include: - Global bioclimatology - Fundamentals of primary production - Global water resources assessment - Large-scale data analysis of plant traits for generation of dynamic global vegetation models. These scholarships are open to international and domestic students. Only one international scholarship (covering tuition fees and stipend) is available. Prospective applicants should, in the first instance, submit a cover letter detailing relevant experience, a CV and an academic transcript to the principal supervisor. Payment Information
The value of this scholarship is AUD22500 (maximum per annum). This award is to be used for research, living expenses, fees and miscellaneous purposes. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 3 and a half years.

Eligibility
